I’m an educator, designer, and quiet disruptor who works with schools, leaders, and learning communities to reimagine what education can be.
After two decades as Head of an international IB World School in São Paulo, I now design learning experiences that grow leadership from the inside out — through reflection, connection, and thoughtful experimentation.
My work spans youth innovation labs, teacher leadership journeys, strategy consulting, and future literacies — always grounded in systems thinking, design, and a deep belief in joy as a signal of growth. I lead through listening, and I build with others.
Through LearnFest, Four Peaks, FIM+, and The Learning Studio, I help people and organisations find clarity, belonging, and the courage to change what no longer fits.
I work with organisations, schools, and communities to design learning ecosystems that are resilient, regenerative, and future-ready.
Drawing on two decades of hands-on leadership of complex learning communities, I help build the structures, cultures, and practices that allow people to lead themselves with agency, creativity, and care.
My approach is grounded in systems thinking, servant leadership, and the belief that real change happens quietly: through trust, belonging, and the daily craft of making things better.
This work is not abstract for me; it is rooted in lived experience, building spaces where learners, educators, and communities grew visibly stronger over time.
I design alongside, not above. I help shape futures that people will say they built themselves.
